It misses something...

You need BOOM.
Add some HARDCORE fucking speed drums on the background and give it a SOLID bass, now the high tones are a little too overwhelming, it needs a counterweight.

Work on that.

Not enough variation in that little amount of time... you might want to make it longer and add a highpitched melody to it.

Change that crackly/noisy instrument, it REALLY screws up the melody.
