The part from :39 is a little bit too simple, you need to put in something that goes rather fast to contrast the slow notes that are there now, maybe you could use the same soft sound that comes in the "break" after it, this way those other instruments would fall off, and that one would stay, giving a nice effect.

But it's really awesome :D
