I'm only going to ask one question:

What the FUCK is supposed to be so bad about it being genetically defined?

I'm not going to say I chose to be straight, fuck no, I was born straight, what's wrong with being born gay? Because they can then change a gay kid when he's developing in the mother into a straight kid? So? They can do it the other way around as well. (Or will be able to do, since this is still a science in it's babysteps)

You have a genetical code that defines your starting preference, it's like choosing to be a warrior in an RPG but then making him a warlock by training his magical abilities only. (gay->straight)
You can choose to be straight, but it will require you more effort than someone who was born as a straight person right away.

Gays are stupid sometimes.
